Customer Success AssociateThe primary objective of this role is to coordinate and oversee the installation, scheduling, and execution of daily device installations.This involves effective communication with internal teams and customers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service.Coordinate daily device installation schedules and monitor progress.Act as the first point of contact for property managers addressing guest-related technical issues and provide real-time support via video calls.Utilize the EasyHub Platform to diagnose and troubleshoot smart devices, dispatching and coordinating on-call technicians for urgent service requests.In addition to these responsibilities, the Customer Success Associate will oversee field technicians to ensure timely execution and high-quality service delivery, aligning with company goals and objectives.
