Business Intelligence Analyst Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our organization.This role involves working with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and developing insights from complex data sets.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting requirementsCleanse and transform data into required formats for Tableau datasets, reports, and dashboardsPresent findings to stakeholders and gather feedbackDeploy data, reports, and dashboards to Tableau; develop reports according to analyst-defined specificationsProvide technical training and maintain operational environmentsRequired Skills and QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, analyzing, and visualizing dataUnderstanding of Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment, and at least 1 year of previous work experience using TableauSolid understanding of relational data modeling conceptsStrong analytical skills, hands-on approach, and ability to deliver commitmentsSuperior organizational skills, disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentationBenefitsOpportunity to work with complex data sets and develop valuable insightsCollaborative environment with experienced professionalsContinuous learning opportunities through technical training
