Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Dedicated Office Support Professional.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and coordinating active calendars, scheduling and confirming meetings, ensuring file organization based on office protocol, and providing ad hoc support around the office as needed.Responsibilities:Calendar Management: Handle and coordinate active calendars to ensure seamless coordination between team members.Scheduling and Meetings: Schedule and confirm meetings with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all necessary information is shared in advance.File Organization: Ensure file organization based on established office protocol, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.General Support: Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed, assisting colleagues with various tasks and projects.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse groups.Multitasking: Ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks, managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with a strong working knowledge of relevant software applications.Benefits: This role offers a dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.
