Job Title: Murex Workflows Support SpecialistJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Murex Back-Office support specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, technology or mathematics, with a minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience with Murex Back-Office functionalities.The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving daily end-user issues on both functional and technical levels, liaising with internal teams to resolve issues and necessary enhancements, developing requirements per given stream and according with resolution needs, managing day-to-day assigned tasks to complete various application support deliverables, contributing to support group efforts in resolving requests or issues, analyzing, formulating, proposing, developing and/or contributing to overall solutions as per project deliverables, and continuously following up on new Application developments, enhancements, version upgrades release, regulations/practices globally, and other such items.Required Skills and Qualifications:Hands-on experience with Murex Back-Office functionalities (Senior level skills in pre and post-trade workflows such as Contract, Events, Deliverables and Exchange)Hands-on experience in Datamart, Market Data, Batch processing, End of Day flow(s), interfaces and Trade Life CycleStrong personality, logical and analytical skillsDetailed-oriented, quick learner and self-starterGood verbal and written communication skillsStrong organization skillsGood product knowledge in IRD, CRD, EQDGood understanding on P&L concept overall and its componentsStrong problem solving skills and attention to detailStrong relationship building skills both internally and externallyStrong experience in supporting end-users and resolving their daily issuesBenefits:The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a top-tier Murex Alliance Partner and market leader in implementation, integration, upgrade and migration.
