Key Job Responsibilities:">">Provide technical assistance to customers via phone or in-person regarding the installation, setup, operation, and maintenance of energy storage products.
">">Responsibilities (continued):">">Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
">">Customer Communication Skills:">">Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and address their concerns.
">">Product Installation and Commissioning:">">Conduct on-site product installations, including equipment mounting and connection, setting configurations, and performing initial system testing.
">">Training and Documentation:">">Develop user guides and FAQs to educate customers and internal stakeholders on the installation, operation, and maintenance of energy storage products.
">">Issue Resolution and Escalation:">">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues that require advanced troubleshooting or product modifications.
">">Quality Assurance:">">Collect feedback from local customers to provide input for ongoing product development and enhancement efforts.
">">Requirements:">">Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field, with experience in the installation and maintenance of energy storage systems.
">">Desirable Qualifications:">">At least 1 year of experience in Technical service roles related to energy storage or renewable energy.
">">Essential Skills:">">Effective communication skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
">">Working Conditions:">">Must be based in Brazil, with fluency in English and Portuguese required.
