Faculty Success CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Faculty Success Coordinator to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in academic administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with faculty members across various schools and colleges.The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing Faculty Success initiatives, providing training and support to faculty members, and serving as a point of contact for faculty-related matters.They will also supervise other helpdesk and training staff, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of Faculty Success projects.Key responsibilities include:Developing data solutions to support unit goals and serve as a point of contact for faculty support.Mining, processing, and summarizing data for Faculty Affairs and Faculty Development activities and initiatives.Converting data into readily understood insights to lead to informed decisions.Developing and maintaining proficiency in relevant software and databases to effectively serve as a resource in each unit for data sourcing.Ensuring data quality and integrity.The successful candidate will possess advanced skills in software applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and others.They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.Our organization offers a competitive salary range of $65,000-$75,000, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
