Senior Manager, Global Payroll Process and Training (LATAM) - Fixed Term
**Position Summary**:
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a **Senior Manager, Global Payroll Process and Training.
** This role can be based in Bogota, Colombia, or Sao Paolo, Brazil.
The position will be fixed-term (two years) with the possibility of transition to full-hire at the commencement of the term.
The role will require working with Global teams in NA, EMEA, LATAM and ASPAC time zones.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as lead point of contact between the Global Process Team and the Country Payroll teams to transform and scale local processes into the new global standard model.
- Define, develop, and deliver training strategy and execution.
- Lead process design sessions and translate tasks/activities into meaningful training content and knowledge transition deliverables reflecting new ways of working.
- Lead in a cross highly matrixed environment.
Respond to local requirements and connect the dots and engage appropriate partners in order drive process effectiveness, harmonization, optimization, and standardization.
- Create and socialize a training roadmap
- Compile training templates/materials in conjunction with our Change Management and Communications team.
Partner with language services to translate (where applicable).
- Influence and promote positive change to impacted end users.
- Identify potential opportunities for automation and process improvements, leading to time/cost savings.
- Execute stakeholder engagement with business partners and fine tune handoffs between Payroll, HR workstreams and Contact Centers in a 3-tier model.
Work to resolve disputes and disagreements amongst various parties.
- Work independently to oversee multiple projects with the goal of improving performance, quality, cycle-time, and cost.
- Lead staff as a direct supervisor and/or indirect people leader.
- Maintain close coordination and cooperation with the People Experience Operations (PxOps) team to ensure HR and Payroll processes are synchronized.
- Work closely with Compliance to ensure adherence of Payroll processes to Corporate Internal Audit and Compliance requirements with respect to User Access, Audits, Reconciliations, SOX controls, Key controls, Operational controls.
- Recruit, coach, inspire, and develop a high performing team ensuring that team members are resourced to do their best work.
Lead the team to think and act in new ways in providing exceptional experience to all employees and customers.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data from knowledge management, QA evaluations, and surveys, to assess and drive training improvement.
**Qualifications** Qualifications**
**Required**:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
- A minimum of 5 years in a Payroll or HR operations or Payroll or HR process role
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management and Process Optimization
- Experience delivering large scale/global projects from concept through delivery and operations
- Experience working with senior leaders and interacting with cross-functional teams across multiple levels of an organization
- Exceptional writing and communication skills.
The ability to understand target audiences and translate complex concepts into clear and concise messages
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments by being flexible, collaborative, and deadline driven
- Agility to balance simultaneous projects and adapt to rapidly moving, interdependent targets
- Experience and ability to take initiative (self-motivated) and work independently, delegate when necessary, build positive interdependent partnerships with diverse functions and foster collaborations between peers
- Skilled in Microsoft Visio (or similar tool), PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and other MS Office products
- Thorough understanding of large service delivery teams and contact centers
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, and deadlines
