Job Title: AI SpecialistWe are seeking an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in Artificial Intelligence to develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models.Develop cutting-edge RAG models for efficient search across vast medical and scientific document collections.Implement sophisticated pre-processing and embedding techniques to ensure accurate and contextual search results.Create strategic semantic chunking approaches and refine the automated evaluation pipeline.Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for tailored textual RAG applications.Requirements:A minimum of one year's experience as a Search Engineer or AI Engineer.In-depth knowledge of Search Technology, particularly OpenSearch and scalable search systems.At least two years of Python development experience, encompassing API creation, model training, testing, and backend programming.Familiarity with LangChain for constructing LLM workflows using tools, memory, and retrieval.Preferred Skills:Proficiency in AWS infrastructure (IAM, VPC, S3).
