The Business Development Specialist role offers a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth, strengthen partnerships and manage accounts with a Canadian-based company.This position plays a key role in supporting senior leaders while fostering strategic relationships and executing project management initiatives.Job ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Account Management (80%)Identify and connect with potential partners aligned with the company's offeringsBenchmark, maintain, and grow strong relationships with existing and prospective partnersCollaborate across internal teams for partnership and business development initiativesDraft proposals, client communications, and supporting documentsTrack performance metrics; prepare reports as neededSupport project coordination related to partner programs and onboardingSupport for the Chief Growth Officer (20%)Maintain and update CRM tasks, follow-ups, and next stepsAssist with scheduling meetings, calendar management, and coordinating sales activitiesHelp prepare meeting materials, agendas, and event-related documentationProvide administrative support to ensure operational efficiencyQualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, Account Management or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Partnership Management or Sales CoordinationProject Management certification or diploma is an assetFamiliarity with digital displays or interactive technology is beneficialStrong organizational skills and attention to detail are requiredExperience with CRM tools and productivity software is essentialExcellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessaryA proactive mindset with eagerness to learn is expected
