We proudly serve more than 1500 customers through a vast and extremely complete portfolio, which includes the latest in technology, serving various sectors of the national and international market.Responsibilities:Conduct technical analysis of business processes, map technical requirements, and propose solutions.Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement improvements and new functionalities in PeopleSoft.Develop and execute unit and integration tests to validate the correct functioning of implemented features.Provide post-implementation support and resolve technical issues related to PeopleSoft usage.Conduct technical training and workshops for end-users, ensuring proper system usage.Identify and suggest continuous improvements in the system to optimize processes and increase efficiency.Document technical processes, solutions, and system configurations.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Technical Consultant in financial modules.Knowledge of business processes and how they integrate with PeopleSoft.Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and technical documentation.Ability to interact with users and technical teams effectively.Ability to work collaboratively in teams.Knowledge of change management and user training.Differentials:Experience with integrating PeopleSoft with other corporate systems.Wipro is an egalitarian company that offers employment opportunities to all people, running a selection process that does not consider race, gender, nationality, ancestry, disability, sexual orientation or any other status protected by applicable law.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting
