At M-B Companies, an Aebi Schmidt brand located in Chilton, Wisconsin, we pride ourselves on innovation, collaboration, and dedication to excellence.As part of the Aebi Schmidt Group, we are committed to delivering superior solutions to our customers as well as providing rewarding career opportunities.OverviewAs a Regional Sales Manager your focus will be to identify new sales opportunities, create product demand, and build and maintain customer relationships within your assigned territory (Eastern US Territory).This position plays a pivotal role in driving revenue and growth for M-B.ResponsibilitiesCultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Identify new business opportunities.Travel extensively to meet with clients and attend industry events throughout assigned territoryAssist inside sales team in the bid and specification review processes.Maintain a deep understanding of the company's product line, technical specifications, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers and develop tailored solutionsRepresent the company at trade shows and conferences.Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesAbility to identify opportunities and execute plansAbility to problem solve and make decisionsAbility to communicate effectively and professionally with a variety of people, both written and verbalAbility to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively within a team environmentAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to travel a minimum of 60% of the jobStrong mechanical aptitudeProficiency in sales software, CRM systems, (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office SuiteEducation/ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business or Engineering5+ years related Outside Sales experienceExperience working with or selling large vehicles preferred#J-*****-Ljbffr
