Lead Talent Acquisition SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced and proactive talent acquisition specialist to lead our recruitment efforts.This dynamic role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating closely with leadership, and implementing strategies to attract high-performing professionals across different functions.Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to offers and onboardingPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and design tailored recruitment strategiesDevelop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networkingResponsibilities:Conduct competency-based interviews and assessments to identify best-fit candidatesEnsure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring processTrack recruitment metrics and provide regular reports and insights to leadershipRequirements:Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist, with at least 3–5 years in senior or lead recruitment rolesStrong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and employer branding strategiesExperience recruiting across different functions (marketing, operations, creative, etc.)Why Choose Us:Fully remote work arrangement with flexible schedulingOpportunity to shape the growth of an international companyCareer development and advancement opportunitiesCollaborative and people-focused work environment
