Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for executing multi-touch outreach campaigns to drive new partnerships and nurture existing relationships.This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as experience in business development and sales partnership management.Main Responsibilities:Conduct proactive outreach via calls, emails, and SMS to potential B2B/B2C partners to build rapport and establish strong relationships.Manage and nurture a pipeline of partnership prospects from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication.Qualify warm leads and schedule calls, presentations, and demos with decision-makers to present the value proposition and close deals.Negotiate and close partnership agreements aligned with company objectives, leveraging strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare reports on outreach activity and pipeline status to inform future business development strategies.Support the development and optimization of scripts, templates, and campaign materials to enhance business development efforts.Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive and professional partner experience that reflects positively on the company.Requirements:At least 2 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C sales, preferably in home services facility management or related fields.Proven success in direct sales partnership management or business development, with a track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships.Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify key decision-makers and build rapport quickly via calls and digital channels.Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM and sales automation tools, with a high level of organizational and time management skills.Highly driven and accountable, with a focus on measurable goals and outcomes.Benefits:The opportunity to work with a fast-growing company redefining home services and facility management.A 100% remote position with flexible schedule US hours overlap preferred.Competitive compensation plus performance-based bonuses.Direct collaboration with leadership and opportunities for growth in business development.
