to ensure Relationship Managers and fundraising teams worldwide have the timely, accurate, and compelling information they need to secure major gifts. The ADoD acts as a
bridge between Relationship Managers, conservation teams, and donors

seamless flow of donor engagement processes, high-quality donor communications, and effective collaboration across a complex, multicultural structure
, ultimately enabling TNC to achieve its ambitious fundraising goals for Latin America.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of 25 to 50 RMs who manage major donors or prospects with the capacity to give over US $100,000.
Responsible for 25 to 50 visits with relationship managers and 75 to 150 moves annually.
Execute strategies to engage Business Units, Divisions and other Regions to support them in discovery, cultivation and stewardship of prospects and donors with an interest in TNC's work in Latin America.
Assist in achieving the "raised for" goal of US $38.5M with the goal of doubling philanthropic revenue by 2030.
Financial responsibility for setting and meeting fundraising objectives, evaluating results, and developing corrective strategies.
Design and lead collaborative, complex, and diversified fundraising projects, coordinating the work of other development professionals, and ensuring accountability.
Ensure compliance with TNC policies and procedures and external (donor/legal/IRS) requirements; be alert to ethical compliance issues.
Maintain confidentiality of frequently sensitive and emotionally charged information.
Maximum opportunity to act independently to resolve complex issues within program area.
Persuasively convey the mission of TNC to diverse groups important to the organization's overall prosperity.
Travel domestically and/or internationally frequently and on short notice, work long hours and weekends as needed.
Work environment involves only infrequent exposure to disagreeable elements and minor physical exertion and/or strain.
