High-Value Account Development for Brazilian MarketOur organization is seeking a skilled Senior VIP Relationship Manager to lead the growth and maintenance of high-value client relationships in Brazil.This role will involve building strong partnerships with key clients, developing strategic engagement plans, and enhancing overall customer experience.Primary Responsibilities:Identify and onboard new high-value clients through targeted outreach and networking efforts.Develop and execute customized client relationship strategies to drive satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with senior team members to design and implement targeted engagement and retention initiatives, including personalized offers and loyalty programs.Monitor key performance metrics such as betting volume, customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV).Prepare regular reports on account development and performance.Ensure compliance with responsible gaming practices and company policies.Essential Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the gaming industry.Strong understanding of sports betting and online casino markets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.Ability to work with data and reports to understand customer behavior.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals seeking to grow in high-value account management, with opportunities to learn from seasoned experts in the field.
