About This Role This is a full-time position responsible for owning relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in sales or lead generation, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to interpret data, and a proactive solution-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication: Be the main point of contact for each client, communicate daily via calls, emails, and texts, provide clear updates on campaign performance, next steps, and upcoming improvements. Client Onboarding: Lead new clients through setup, ensure tracking, configuration, and campaigns are properly configured, set expectations around timelines, deliverables, and what strong performance looks like. Monitor & Troubleshoot Campaigns: Review ad and funnel performance daily, track metrics, identify drops or issues early, suggest actionable fixes. Coordinate with Teams: Communicate findings and improvement plans to team members, ensure changes are executed effectively, bridge the gap between performance data and hands-on execution. You'll Own: Client performance metrics. Client satisfaction, retention, and renewal rates. Proactive, fast communication and problem-solving. Strategic understanding of marketing and sales processes. We're Looking For: Previous experience in sales or lead generation. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to interpret data and turn insights into clear actions. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Comfort working with multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment. A team player who collaborates well across departments.
