Para essa vaga, o modelo de trabalho é híbrido, sendo necessário ter fácil acesso para atuar em nosso escritório que está localizado em Barueri/SP.
**Funções que serão desempenhadas**:
- Redesenhar e implementar processos e práticas comerciais promovendo a melhoria contínua das áreas e canais comerciais;
- Conduzir e controlar projetos e iniciativas de transformação da área comercial;
- Realizar e suportar atividades de controle de parceiros comerciais (performance, controles inerentes a parceria);
- Consolidar e codificar melhores práticas de canais diretos e indiretos.
**Experiências necessárias**:
- Experiência na implementação de soluções que otimizam o ciclo comercial;
- Gestão de CRM e ferramentas comerciais (Sales Force - será um diferencial);
- Experiência com estruturação e otimização de processos comerciais;
- Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis e frameworks de eficiência operacional.
