Financial controllers play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial, accounting, and administrative aspects of an organization.They ensure that all financial activities are conducted in compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.A chief financial operations manager will lead the budgeting and forecasting process, encompassing financial planning, cost control, and variance analysis.They are responsible for managing current and future contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and efficient resource allocation.ResponsibilitiesOversee third-party accounting services to guarantee compliance with local regulations.Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, including financial planning, cost control, and variance analysis.Manage contracts to ensure alignment with company policies and efficient resource allocation.Maintain control of fixed assets, including registration, depreciation, and reconciliation.Supervise procurement, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.Prepare and deliver financial and management reports to corporate headquarters.Strengthen internal controls and improve administrative and financial procedures.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in controllership and corporate finance.Strong background managing third-party accounting services and financial compliance.Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, contracts, and internal controls.Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile.Fluent Portuguese language skills.Advanced English proficiency is highly desirable.
