OverviewMarketing Production Designer - Remote Work:At BairesDev®, we've been leading the way in technology projects for over 15 years.We deliver cutting-edge solutions to giants like Google and the most innovative startups in Silicon Valley.Our diverse 4,000+ team, composed of the world's Top 1% of tech talent, works remotely on roles that drive significant impact worldwide.When you apply for this position, you're taking the first step in a process that goes beyond the ordinary.We aim to align your passions and skills with our vacancies, setting you on a path to exceptional career development and success.Marketing Production Designer at BairesDevAs a Marketing Production Designer, you'll be responsible for producing and adapting marketing assets that support brand and growth initiatives across multiple channels.From presentations and digital campaigns to event kits and vendor-ready files, you'll deliver high-quality, on-brand creative materials that meet the needs of internal clients.In this role, you'll collaborate with brand, marketing, and enablement teams, manage and organize digital asset libraries, and prepare files for digital, social, and print outputs.You'll also coordinate with external vendors for motion, video, and print production, ensuring assets are delivered on time and at the highest standard.This is a role for a designer who thrives on variety, precision, and collaboration in a fast-paced, global team.What You'll DoProduce marketing design elements and assets, including layouts, slides, presentations, and graphics.Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Enablement (MSE) teams to produce art files for physical items such as gift kits, promotional materials, and event items.Rebuild and adapt marketing assets in alignment with new visual guidelines.Manage external vendors for outsourced projects, including video editing and motion design.Manage, optimize, and organize the design asset library for scalability and efficiency.What We Are Looking For3+ years of experience producing digital marketing assets (slides, web pages, banners, ads).2+ years of experience in B2B or tech social media roles.1+ years of experience leading social media strategy.Degree in Design, Graphic Design, or Visual Media (desirable).Fluent in English.Benefits100% remote work (from anywhere).Excellent compensation in USD or your local currency if preferredHardware and software setup for you to work from home.Flexible hours: create your own schedule.Paid parental leaves, vacations, and national holidays.Innovative and multicultural work environment: collaborate and learn from the global Top 1% of talent.Supportive environment with mentorship, promotions, skill development, and diverse growth opportunities.Join a global team where your unique talents can truly thrive and make a significant impact#J-*****-Ljbffr
