**Unlock the Future of Energy with Our Core Platform Team**We are seeking a senior full stack software engineer to join our core platform team.As a key member, you will play a foundational role in building the AI-native operating system that enables power utilities to shift from legacy systems.This position requires strong coding fundamentals, system design capability, and the mindset of a builder who thrives in a startup environment.You will work closely with AI engineers, security leaders, and product managers to build and deliver AI-native services at startup speed.**Key Responsibilities**Front-End Development: Build, implement, and maintain front-end applications using React.jsBack-End Architecture & Development: Design, implement, and maintain APIs, services, and distributed systems that form the backbone of our OSAi Integration: Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate models, embeddings, and agent services into back-end systemsSystem Modernization: Transform legacy workflows into modern, secure, scalable codebases using cloud-native best practicesSecurity & Compliance: Partner with security leaders to ensure all services adhere to stringent utility-sector regulations**Requirements**Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of software engineering experience in SaaS or enterprise environments, excellent English communication skills, and a strong proficiency in React, Python, and either Golang, Node.js, or Java.The following skills are also required:Basic proficiency with AI/ML tooling (e.g., calling APIs, integrating model outputs)Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), message queues, and distributed architecturesCloud-native engineering experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)Clear communicator, adaptable, eager to learn and grow AI capabilities over timeWe value diversity and inclusivity, and we encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply.
