Key RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our dynamic team as a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Business Development Manager.In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding influential KOLs within the cryptocurrency community to drive trading volume and enhance brand visibility.Main ResponsibilitiesKOL Engagement: Identify, recruit, and onboard key opinion leaders, traders, and community influencers to promote our exchange platform through strategic partnerships and promotional activities.Trading Volume Growth: Develop and execute effective strategies to increase trading volume by leveraging KOL relationships and promotional campaigns.Campaign Development: Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create compelling campaigns and content tailored to engage KOL audiences.Event Organization: Organize webinars, AMAs (Ask Me Anything sessions), and other events with KOLs to educate and engage the community effectively.Impact Analysis: Monitor and analyze the impact of KOL activities on trading volume and user acquisition, providing regular reports and insights to management.Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to adapt KOL strategies accordingly.Internal Alignment: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including product, compliance, and support teams, to ensure alignment on KOL initiatives.Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetups to network with potential KOL partners and enhance brand presence.
