**Fraud Prevention Operations Manager**
As leader of our Fraud Prevention Operations team, you'll play a key role in shaping the business and its reputation for excellence and trust with our merchants.
Together, this team devises innovative strategies to develop and implement anti-fraud measures for SumUp's business, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and minimising risk, and in consequence impacting the lives of millions of small merchants all over Brazil.

**What you'll do**
- You will lead major initiatives and the fraud prevention team in order to mitigate card not present Fraud, effectively reduce chargeback rate, and improve Fraud Prevention Workflows;
- Lead the team to seek fraud mitigation and costs reduction in balance with business healthy growth while also seeking operational efficiency in alerts treatment and chargeback processes
- Testing and implementing new solutions to raise improve our decision making process - and in consequence add value on our boost our performance for current products and new ones;
- You will work in a fast-paced environment across a large number of squads and tribes to manage the business needs, understanding the customer experience to make business
- oriented recommendations and guaranteeing the requirements and implementation of anti fraud measures for current and new products;
- Mentor and develop the fraud prevention team to make sure that processes are scalable, and metrics are accurately reported, guaranteeing an effective execution of the fraud prevention strategy;
**You'll be great for this role if**:
- You have experience with Fraud Prevention Operation in an acquirer
- You have knowledge of chargeback process
- You have strong leadership skills;
- Data mindset.
Working proficiency with data and performance analysis
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships
- You have high-energy and creative person, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a solution oriented mindset
- Advanced level of English is a plus
