Sharing our experience for a better blue tomorrow.The HR Administration Officer is responsible for handling the transactional activity and the full end-to-end process (from hiring to termination) of the employees contracted by the company.ResponsibilitiesProvide a wide range of general administrative tasks and activities to support the Human Resources Department, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.Create and maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records, files, and databases via our Information Systems (HRIS – SAP SuccessFactors), ensuring confidentiality and compliance with the company's HR policies.Prepare and maintain accurate records of all employees, including contracts, assignments, and performance data.Organize and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a welcoming and smooth transition into the company.
This involves coordinating with various departments (IT, Facilities, HSSE, etc.) to ensure all necessary equipment, access, and resources are ready for new hires on their first day.Support HR Business Partners with required data entries in our Information Systems (HRIS – SAP SuccessFactors).
Deliver and collect all required documents related to employees (employment agreements, letters, personal files, etc.).
Be the HRIS User Champion to ensure data quality and smooth daily HR operations.Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests (Service Desk Support level 2).
EducationBachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration.ExperienceExperience in HR generalist roles (HR officer, HR coordinator, etc.).
Good verbal and written communication skills.Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus (not mandatory).
Good organizational skills; able to manage priorities.Ability to adapt to changing work environments and priorities.Proactive, confident, and hands-on approach.Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality performance and a positive attitude.Capacity to share complete and accurate information.Tools and data governance, analytics and reporting, digital savvy, HR acumen.GENERAL INFORMATIONSBM Offshore N.V. is a listed holding company headquartered in Amsterdam.
