Career Opportunities: Business Development Manager - Sunraysia & Mallee VicNufarm is a global crop protection and seeds technologies company that helps farmers and businesses meet the global challenges of food, feed, fibre and food production.We're on the lookout for an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager with a strong technical Agronomy background to join our Commercial team.In this role, you'll be our 'face in the field' focused on creating demand for Nufarm's differentiated product portfolio with defined key accounts across the region.This role will manage the Riverland, Sunraysia & Vic Mallee Region (Location flexible within region).The role will require regular travel, a tool of trade vehicle will be provided.How You'll Help Us GrowDeveloping and executing against Territory Business Plans to deliver against Nufarm Commercial objectivesA focus on generating demand for our differentiated products to deliver against our Regional Business & Key account plans within territoryMaintaining presence in the territory by building, owning and managing local relationships with channel customers, influencers and growersAssisting Marketing with the development of national campaigns by participating in the campaign council as needed to provide voice of the customer and frontline sales expertise to campaign developmentEnsuring compliance with relevant salesforce customer and market data through regular utilisation and updating of the platformWhat do you bring?You're ideally tertiary qualified in Agriculture or bring experience operating in a commercial or technical role within a similar environment.You bring a passion for the Agricultural industry and a deep understanding of the crop segments in this region or thirsty to launch your career in this field with the market leaderTechnical-minded and customer-focused, you bring excellent business acumen and the ability to communicate, negotiate, influence and develop constructive relationships with clients including channel partners and growers.You enjoy growing and developing constructive relationships with internal teams and customers alike, and you're results driven, collaborative and outcome oriented.Experience in using a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce) for customer data input, account management and analysis will be highly regarded.Nufarm is proud to be recognised as an endorsed employer of choice for all women by Work180 and is an equal opportunities employer.#J-*****-Ljbffr
