About SleekFlow Join SleekFlow, a thriving SaaS startup that is experiencing rapid growth thanks to the support of renowned investors which include Atinum Investment, Tiger Global, Transcend Capital and Gobi Partners.Our mission is to shape the future of communication by empowering companies to center all their workflows around meaningful conversations.As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to thrive alongside the company through equity options.If you're ready to take your career to the next level and assume a larger role, we look forward to meeting you At SleekFlow, we have developed an Omnichannel Conversational AI Suite that drives conversions through conversations.Our platform seamlessly integrates with popular channels such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, WeChat, and more, providing comprehensive communication solutions.With our customer engagement platform, both small merchants and large enterprises can automate growth by enhancing productivity across their sales, marketing, and support teams.As we expand into emerging markets, we seek adventurous, diverse, and passionate individuals to join us on this exciting journey.Join our team and grow your career with SleekFlow Junior to Associate Level Location: São Paulo, Brazil Prior Experience in Saas/ Software Industry is preferred Language: Fluent in English & Portuguese; Professional proficiency in Spanish Role We are looking for an ambitious Growth Partnership Executive to join our dynamic sales team.In this role, you will build and manage prospect relationships to drive revenue for SleekFlow.A vital part of this opportunity is partnering with the Customer Success and Product team to ensure the quality and quantity of sales pipeline.Responsibilities Handle our sales conversion process for Small & Medium Businesses Developing and managing relationships within our Commercial segment with customers in the LATAM region.Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and reference-able customers Research and build >40 "cold accounts" (i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling) everyday Support our inbound and outbound sales teams in closing enterprise clients Qualify leads and nurture them through the initial stages of the buyer journeys Handle inbound tickets Document all interactions and findings with leads in our CRM, and create a seamless handoff process to Account Executives Involve in our International Market Expansion Work with our sales teams, customer support, partnership and training team in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, UAE and oversee the market launch project Ability to stay up to date in the SaaS landscape and demonstrate our platform value Requirements Minimum 1 years of outbound sales or sales development experience (selling over the phone, cold calling), preferably B2B at a software company Profound academic background from top-notch universities Extensive experience selling to customers in the LATAM region Consistently over-achieved quota (top 5-10% of the company) in past positions Fluency in English is a MUST Previous Experience in a startup is preferred Desired Skills Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.Previous Sales Methodology training preferred.CRM (e.g. Hubspot) & marketing experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.Strong customer references Strong computer skills, including CRM, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job.But we'll let you in on a secret: there's no such thing as a 'perfect' candidate.SleekFlow is a place where everyone can grow.So however you identify and whatever background you bring with you, please apply if this is a role that would make you excited to come into work every day.
