As part of this team, the
Recruiter
will be responsible for attracting and selecting top talent.
This role is crucial for scaling our workforce, enhancing our employer brand, and ensuring a good candidate experience.
The recruiter will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a high volume of non tech and tech positions.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build and maintain robust talent pipelines, with a focus on passive candidates and active hunting.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, status updates, and data-driven recommendations.
Ensure a positive and engaging experience for every candidate, treating them as primary customers throughout the entire process.
Continuously analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, conversion rates) to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
