About Draiver: Draiver is a smart logistics platform specializing in vehicle delivery management and execution across the U.S. and globally. Utilizing AI-powered route optimization and chaining, which can be executed by a marketplace of over 20,000 vetted drivers covered by an owned Captive Insurance unit, Draiver provides scalable solutions, ensuring faster deliveries and cost savings for auto/truck dealers, service centers, fleet companies, rental agencies, and OEMs.Position Overview: We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Sales Executive with extensive experience in the automotive sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience across multiple verticals such as auto retail, auto servicing, OEMs, fleet management companies, and trucking companies. Background in SaaS sales or experience with technology companies is a plus. You will report directly to the Revenue Team and play a crucial role in acquiring, developing, engaging, and expanding enterprise accounts across Brazil. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely but requires continuous face-to-face customer visits.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand Draiver's market presence.Identify and engage potential clients in the automotive sector, including dealerships, rental, auto retail, auto servicing OEMs, fleet management companies, trucking companies.Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.Collaboration with operations, legal, and international teamQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the automotive sector (auto retail, auto servicing OEMs, fleet management companies, trucking companies).Proven track record of acquiring and managing enterprise accounts such as dealerships, OEM's , large fleets, Trucking companiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.Ability to travel frequently for face-to-face customer visits.Proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the automotive industry.Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Key Competencies:Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.High level of energy, self-motivation, and a strong ownership spirit.What We Offer:Competitive salary and commission structure.Comprehensive benefits packageThe chance to be part of a forward-thinking company shaping the future of vehicle logistics.
