Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting across various teams.The successful candidate will work closely with Operations and Study Start-Up to anticipate demand and build pipelines that enable quick site activation.Sourcing niche clinical talent (PIs, Sub-Is, CRCs, Regulatory, QA, central ops)Developing hiring plans with executive leadership; defining role scopes, competencies, and sourcing planEstablishing industry relationships for high-quality referralsReducing time-to-hire and time-to-site-activationOwning candidate experience end-to-end—fast feedback, transparent timelines, respectful declinesConducting interviews to assess competenceCoordinating credentialing and GCP/ICH verification steps with QA/Compliance for a smooth startRequired Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:A strong ability to identify and engage talent2–5+ years of recruiting in healthcare or clinical research; Even better if you're a true clinical research recruiter with clinical trial staffing experienceAn ability to assess quality of candidatesA strong work ethicAn internal drive for quality and excellenceBenefitsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing organization and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.You'll enjoy:Top Quartile CompensationMaking a difference: Your hires help patients access trials soonerScale and speed: Launch roles fast; see your work move studies forwardMentorship & growth: Learn from experienced clinical ops and QA leaders; clear path to Senior TAFlexible work arrangementsBenefits that matterGlobal collaboration: Work with sites across regions; build an international bench
