About UsWe're an AI meeting assistant that doesn't just listen, it acts.We help teams automate meeting capture, summarization, and now, with agentic AI workflows, our tool becomes an active participant in meetings, surfacing data, triggering automations, and even taking actions on behalf of the team.Our solution integrates with 5,000+ tools like HubSpot, Slack, Notion, Salesforce, and more — helping revenue, product, and operations teams turn conversations into structured workflows.Thousands of companies in 100+ countries already trust us.Backed by top-tier investors and led by a team of AI, NLP, and systems engineering veterans, we're redefining what meetings can do.This is an exciting time to join us.Our remote team is growing rapidly and we're looking for a skilled Customer Success Representative who's passionate about helping customers succeed.This role blends customer support, customer success, and operations.The successful candidate will help users go beyond meeting notes and unlock the full power of our agentic capabilities — from automated follow-ups to real-time action triggers.Key Responsibilities:Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to users through questions about setup, integrations, or system behavior.Collaborate with engineers to resolve edge cases.Customer Onboarding & Success: Guide new customers from kickoff to activation.Help teams integrate our solution into daily operations, measure value, and drive adoption.Customer Relationship Management & Billing Ownership: Manage billing flows (upgrades and cancellations).Ensure customers have clarity on billing and account status.Knowledge & Self-Service Support: Contribute to our knowledge base by creating and updating articles, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.Sales Expansion Opportunities: Identify new opportunities during customer interactions.Surface warm leads and expansion potential to the sales team.
