Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Strategic Account Manager to lead the expansion of our solution across Latin America.This role requires strong business acumen, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities to drive growth and build lasting relationships with enterprise clients.As a key partner to our clients, you will ensure continuous value delivery, sustain long-term relationships, and identify opportunities for expansion.The ideal candidate will have native professional background from Mexico, Colombia, or Chile, with deep knowledge of local business culture and market dynamics.Advanced/Fluent English is required, as well as solid experience managing strategic accounts, working with large companies, and navigating complex environments.Act as main point of contact for strategic accounts;Build trust-based relationships across client organization levels;Lead QBRs, measure ROI, and identify expansion opportunities;Additional responsibilities include:Map new use cases and expand the solution as clients' needs evolve;Proactively manage risks and ensure contract continuity;Use data to generate insights, build business cases, and support clients' decisions;Navigate internally to ensure consistent deliveries aligned with client objectives;Record interactions, risks, and opportunities in a structured manner;RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:Native professional background from Mexico, Colombia, or Chile;Advanced/Fluent English;Solid experience managing strategic accounts;Previous experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Consultant in B2B SaaS companies;Strong analytical skills and command of KPIs, success indicators, and ROI;High-level communication and ability to influence stakeholders;Autonomous, strategic, and results-oriented profile, with critical thinking and focus on value delivery;Proficiency in CRM tools (Hubspot, or similar).
