Suas responsabilidades serão:
Gestão de Projeto:
Planejar, executar e monitorar projetos de transformação digital de ponta a ponta, garantindo que os objetivos sejam alcançados dentro do escopo, prazo e orçamento definidos.
Liderança e Comunicação:
Liderar equipes multidisciplinares, tanto internas quanto do cliente, e ser o principal ponto de contato e comunicação com todas as partes interessadas do projeto.
Gestão de Stakeholders:
Construir e manter um relacionamento de confiança com o cliente, entendendo suas necessidades e expectativas para garantir a satisfação e o sucesso do projeto.
Controle e Mitigação de Riscos:
Identificar proativamente riscos e problemas, elaborando planos de contingência para garantir a estabilidade e a continuidade do projeto.
Relatórios e Análises:
Elaborar relatórios de progresso, apresentando status, métricas e análises críticas para a liderança da Stratesys e do cliente.
Presença no Cliente (Rio de Janeiro):
Atuar emregime presencialno local do cliente no Rio de Janeiro, conforme a necessidade do projeto, o que é um fator crítico para o sucesso.
O que procuramos em você:
Experiência Comprovada:
Sólida experiência como Project Manager, liderando projetos de tecnologia, preferencialmente em ambientes de consultoria ou empresas de TI.
Habilidades de Liderança:
Forte capacidade de liderar, motivar e desenvolver equipes.
Comunicação e Negociação:
Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, com a capacidade de negociar e influenciar em todos os níveis hierárquicos.
Metodologias de Gestão:
Conhecimento aprofundado em metodologias de gestão de projetos (tradicionais, ágeis como Scrum ou Kanban).
Certificações como PMP, CSM ou PSM são um grande diferencial.
Localização:
Residir ou ter fácil acesso ao Rio de Janeiro e disponibilidade total para atuar presencialmente no cliente.
