We are looking for a motivated talent acquisition professional to join our team and support hiring efforts across the Brazil region.This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer coordination.Support hiring for technical and non-technical roles with a strong understanding of IT profiles.Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and provide updates on hiring progress.Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and provide input on statutory benefits for new hires.Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate pipelines.Coordinate candidate communication throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all stages of the recruitment cycle from initial application to onboarding.Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.Provide market intelligence and insights to inform hiring decisions.Implement effective strategies to increase diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.Requirements3–5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition (agency or corporate).Strong knowledge of IT positions and technical hiring.Understanding of Brazilian labor laws and statutory benefits.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.QualificationsCandidates should have a basic understanding of technology and be able to navigate various systems.They should also be proficient in using digital tools to manage the recruitment process.
