Senior eCommerce Account ManagerAbout this OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced Senior eCommerce Account Manager to join our team and lead a portfolio of high-growth e-commerce clients.You'll be the primary point of contact for your client portfolio, responsible for delivering exceptional account management, strategy, and performance reporting.Your Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship & CommunicationDevelop strong relationships with your clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and effective communication.Account & Performance OwnershipAnalyse client data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Work closely with our Google Ads Strategists & Media Buyers to ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals.Strategy & PlanningHelp develop and present quarterly and monthly strategies for client accounts.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform your approach.Reporting & InsightDeliver regular performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting areas for improvement.Collaborate with internal teams to action recommendations and drive results.Retention, Growth & UpsellIdentify opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue.Develop and execute retention strategies to maintain long-term client relationships.Your Requirements:3+ years experience working with e-commerce brands on Google Ads campaigns.Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.Your Skills:Solid understanding of Google Ads: Search, Shopping, Pmax, remarketing.Familiarity with eCom KPIs: ROAS, MER, AOV, CAC, LTV.About You:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
