Your missionDevelop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration within the payment industry.- Generate leads to strengthen our sales pipeline.- Track the industry trends, competitors activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities, stay ahead of the competition and shape the market development.- Establish and nurture strong relationships within the merchant community and the broader payment ecosystem.- Close deals and create strategies to drive sustainable sales growth.- Achieve sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis for our valued B2B clients.- Provide ongoing support to clients by promptly addressing and resolving issues.- Attend events to build valuable networking relationships and identify collaboration opportunities.Your profileProven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the payment or fintech sectors.Experience in regulated entities is an asset.- Strong expertise of payment processing technologies, merchant services, and e-commerce environment.- Established network within the iGaming or eCommerce sectors (including video games and streaming).- Demonstrated experience in business development and sales, consistently exceeding sales targets in the payment or fintech industries.- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a strong capacity to build and strengthen client relationships.- Proven ability for identifying key decision-makers.- Proficient in navigating the sales cycle and its various phases.- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Portuguese.Spanish is a plus.- Strong written and verbal communication skills, characterized by clarity and conciseness.Why us?Engage in impactful work on an ambitious project within a dynamic and thriving fintech environment.- Work in a diverse and multicultural environment.- Flexible work option in a hybrid model.- Competitive fixed salary plus performance-based bonuses.- Opportunities for personal growth while tackling diverse challenges.About usLaFinteca is a leading payment service focused on Latin America, seamlessly integrating popular payment methods across the continent.Specializing in Alternative Payment Methods (APMs), we are delivering a new type of payment system that finds opportunities for clients and helps them grow and succeed.We help companies to select, integrate, process, and support payment solutions and methods.Reliable payment solutions are the core of our journey.
