Location: Remote, based in BrazilEmployment type: Full-timeIf you are looking for an opportunity to grow your career and work on diverse international projects, we look forward to receiving your application.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement localized business development strategies aligned with regional goals.Identify market opportunities and adapt the company's value proposition to partner needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Compliance, Marketing) to design and deliver targeted campaigns and initiatives.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.Manage partner acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention programs, including referral and training initiatives.Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular performance and forecast reports.Monitor progress, report on risks and opportunities, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.RequirementsNative or fluent level of Portuguese (C1) and professional proficiency in English (B2 or higher).Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales — ideally within digital, technology, or service-driven sectors.Proven ability to manage partner networks, affiliates, or commercial relationships in emerging markets.Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with a results-oriented mindset.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.What's OfferedFully remote work within Brazil.Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.Strategic and autonomous role with regional visibility.Opportunity to lead commercial growth in a key market.Collaborative, innovative, and growth-focused work culture.Clear path for professional and career development.
