Digital Talent MENA is hiring for one of our clients the role of Business Development Manager in Latin America.Our Client is a leading Venture and one of the top digital entertainment and communication service providers in the EMEA region.About the role:This role will lead all operations to ensure the profitability of the company's affiliate and should also be comfortable living abroad and be a competent public speaker who has a good networking ability and be able to work without supervision and demonstrate cultural sensitivity.Responsibilities:Recruitment and training, writing budgets and reports, and assessing performance.Selling CPaaS and SaaS products.Researching the country or region thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly.Generating leads from private and public sectorLiaising with head office and writing up quarterly/annual reports.Monitoring performance at all levels and scheduling training as required.Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency.Building professional relationships with staff and clients.Maintaining a good image of the organization at all times.Requirements:Well aware about the market, competition and OTT requirements.Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field (preferably a master's degree).Postgraduate degree in sales, finance or similar is also acceptable.A good knowledge base of the country/region, and a willingness to learn.The ability to provide excellent customer service.Good people-management skills.Experience living abroad is advantageous.Sensitivity to different cultural norms.Benefits:Leading the expansion into new markets in LATAMRemote work optionCompetitive compensationPositive and collaborative work atmosphere
