Corporate Development Manager Position OverviewWe are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Corporate Development Manager.This role involves building strategic business relationships with software company decision makers to identify and qualify M&A opportunities for growth.The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales or client-facing M&A/finance roles, with advanced verbal and written communication skills.Main Responsibilities:Develop and manage an M&A pipeline through Salesforce CRM to meet and exceed monthly targetsWork closely with leadership to qualify opportunities and allocate leads within portfolio verticalsQualify opportunities at the top-end of the acquisition funnel and develop effective strategies for growthEnsure accurate lead database allocation and managementRequirements:At least 3+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales or client-facing M&A/finance rolesAdvanced verbal and written communication skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to work variable hoursExtraordinary work ethic and proactive attitudeOccasional in-person travel required for business development
