Regional Sales Manager – Industrial Networking & Energy (Brazil & LATAM) Location: Brazil (Remote) Scope: Brazil & Latin America Industry: Industrial Networking | Power & Energy | Industrial Automation We are a global industrial technology company expanding our presence in Brazil and Latin America , and we are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in industrial networking and industrial communication solutions , with a strong focus on the power and energy sector .Key Responsibilities Drive regional sales growth for industrial networking and industrial communication solutions across Brazil and Latin America Develop and manage key accounts, partners, distributors, and system integrators in priority LATAM markets Identify and execute new business opportunities in power, energy, rail, utilities, and industrial automation Lead solution-based, project-driven sales engagements with complex industrial customers Build long-term relationships with utilities, EPCs, system integrators, and large industrial clients Address market positioning and customer trust challenges commonly faced by Chinese industrial technology vendors Work closely with global HQ, R&D, and technical teams to deliver competitive solutions and strong customer support Contribute to regional go-to-market strategy , channel development, and long-term business expansion plans Requirements Proven B2 B sales leadership experience in industrial networking, power & energy, or industrial automation Mandatory background in the power and energy industry Strong hands-on sales experience in Brazil , with solid understanding of local customers, partners, and channel structures Experience with solution-based or system-level sales models (project sales, EPC, utilities, system integrators) Ability to work independently in a remote-based role in Brazil , managing regional LATAM responsibilities Excellent communication, negotiation, and long-term relationship-building skills Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment What We Offer Strategic regional role with high visibility and long-term growth potential Opportunity to build and scale the LATAM market for a global industrial technology company Competitive compensation aligned with senior-level experienceDirect collaboration with international teams and global decision-makers
