on identifying gaps and uncovering opportunities throughout the partner lifecycle.By driving improvements, the Partner Account Manager will play a key role in streamlining sales processes and supporting partner retention, with a focus on value-added services.In this role, you will have the opportunity to embody and put into practice our core values every day, contributing directly to the continued success and expansion of Pipefy.What you'll do:Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic relationships with partners across the United States, ensuring long-term collaboration and mutual growth.Partnership Development & Market Expansion: Drive the development and expansion of the partner ecosystem in the US & GSI, identifying key growth opportunities and enhancing the market presence of Pipefy.Co-Sell Strategy Definition: Define and implement effective co-sell strategies with partners to meet and exceed pipeline and revenue objectives, aligning mutual goals for business success.Partner Recruitment: Support the recruitment of new, strategic partners to enhance our partner portfolio, ensuring a diverse and high-value network (if necessary).Guidance on Program Success: Provide ongoing guidance and support to partners along their journey, ensuring successful participation in the program and maximizing their potential.Value Proposition Creation: Develop and communicate compelling bundled value propositions that combine Pipefy's solutions with partners' offerings, demonstrating clear value to customers.Pipeline Development & Forecasting: Collaborate with partners to create a robust value-driven pipeline, utilizing forecasting techniques to predict and track sales outcomes.Sales Opportunity Generation: Design and execute relationship-based strategies to uncover and generate new sales opportunities with partners, enhancing business growth.Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the full sales cycle with each partner, including discovery, qualification, proof of concept, negotiation, and deal closure, ensuring effective pipeline management and conversion.Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales execution through tools such as Salesforce, tracking key metrics to refine strategies, optimize funnel performance, and drive superior results.Data-Driven Sales Strategy: Develop actionable sales strategies and close plans based on comprehensive data analysis, aligning efforts to achieve business goals and increase revenue.Partner Business Insights: Gather and leverage insights into partners' business operations, identifying opportunities where Pipefy's solutions can drive significant impact and improved outcomes.What We Need From You:Soft Skills:Proven experience in partner account management, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, especially with enterprise-level partners.Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide senior-level stakeholders.Experience creating and executing co-selling strategies and working with partners to drive joint sales outcomes.Demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline and meeting revenue targets.Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.Strong sense of urgency.Empathy.Lots of energy.Customer-centricity: your main goal is to help our partners achieve their goals.Adaptability to constant change.Hard Skills:Fluency in English: Proficient in all aspects of English communication, including speaking, writing, listening, and reading.Channel tailored solutions that align with client-needs and business objectives.Advanced Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of successfully navigating complex deals and driving favorable outcomes.Marketing & Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of marketing and sales principles, with the ability to leverage these insights to drive business results.Consultancy Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the consultancy industry and its unique dynamics, enabling effective collaboration with consultants and partners.Cross-functional Collaboration: Adept at working with
