As a **IWS Sourcing Project Manager**, you will be responsible for:
- Managing, Develop and monitor Supply Chain Execution Plan and Undertake preparatory project execution activities (Cost, spend, contractual escalation term, forecast review.);
- Negotiating binding agreements at the time of procurement to de-risk BH exposure under the guidance;
- Negotiating the best commercial and technical package for the projects sourcing requirements;
- Ensuring execution of the project spend to avoid any operational delays;
- Collaborating with our Product lines teams, identifying additional opportunities to save cost in the project thru volume consolidation or engineering adjustments;
- Acting as the main focal point with commercial and engineering groups to consolidate scope of work information for estimation purposes.
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration or like);
- Have experience in Supply Chain, including sourcing/procurement for direct and indirect spend;
- Have In depth knowledge of expertise in the Oil Field Services industry;
- Show strong negotiation and contract skills and alliance management skills;
- Show oral and written communication skills in Portuguese (fluent/ native) and in English (advanced/ fluent);
- Show interpersonal and leadership skills.
Manage data and interact with other Teams (Operations, Engineering, Finance, Commercial).
