Finally, our client is part of one the largest Insurance Groups in the world.Role Description:The purpose of this role it two-fold, first to be able to define, understand, quantify and explain the metrics being captured for the department.
Working with Data Leadership and Data team leads to determine metrics to capture and measure for progress and also work with them to define how the metric will be defined and calculated.
Ability to grasp reporting concepts related to data and understand difference that exist for different data teams/types of data (Operational, financial, etc...) Secondly to be able to build and maintain dashboards and reports for the data department, expert in visualization technologies such as PowerBI.The PowerBI Reporting Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using PowerBI.
This role will work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.The Reporting Special is a critical part of the department, defining, capturing and publishing our metrics ensuring continuous improvement and driving adherence to achieving goals.RequirementsThe position is primarily a Power BI Developer with data literacy and communication skills.
