Team Introduction TikTok is seeking a Partner Program Manager, LATAM to drive the growth and success of our LATAM partner ecosystem.This team develops and executes strategies to advance TikTok's products, value, and vision with the ecosystem of partners.About the RoleYou will be helping build an ecosystem that consists of our 3rd party marketing partners, brands, and other stakeholders.We are looking for a self-starter with excellent attention-to-detail who is ready to learn and take on new challenges as we continue to build strategic partnerships for TikTok for Business.You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Marketing to align on shared goals.- Govern the TikTok Marketing Partners Program, ensuring partners consistently meet criteria for badging, performance, and compliance;- Identify new opportunities to co-build and innovate with partners to advance TikTok's business priorities;- Activate and grow adoption of messaging, creative, agency, and commerce partners to solve key advertiser challenges on TikTok;- Identify and build high-impact sales activation opportunities with internal teams and partners to accelerate product adoption (., Smart+, GMV Max, Search Ads);- Develop, manage, and scale benefits and enablement programs for badged partners globally (., education, co-marketing, incentives);- Collaborate with regional GBM marketing teams to amplify partner visibility through case studies, blogs, co-marketing campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives;- Host or enable partner-led events and activations that drive TikTok education, product adoption, and creative excellence across agencies and regional markets.Minimum Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in partner or business development, partnerships, management consulting, strategy, or program management;- Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape and partner ecosystem;- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional projects from concept to execution and familiarity with marketing activations such as events, webinars, and co-marketing campaigns;- Advanced analytical skills and comfort interpreting data to inform decisions;- Experience collaborating with marketing or communications teams to execute events, co-marketing, or storytelling initiatives;- Excellent communication and presentation abilities;- High written, verbal proficiency in English and Spanish is required because of the global stakeholders and cross-functional interactions and projects.Preferred Qualifications:- Thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly to change;- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex challenges;- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and shifting priorities;- Fast learner with entrepreneurial drive, sound judgment, and original thinking;- Collaborative and personable, able to build trust across teams and functions;- Demonstrated ability to bridge commercial goals with creative storytelling and marketing execution;- Bonus: You're passionate about TikTok — immersed in trends, inspired by creators, and bring infectious creative energy to every room.
