Job Summary We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator focused on brand growth, event strategy, and data-driven marketing.This role will focus on analyzing marketing performance, enhancing brand visibility, and optimizing trade show and event ROI.The candidate will be reporting to Sales Director by providing insights that strengthen our brand presence and drive engagement across trade shows, industry events, and digital campaigns.You'll use data and market research to guide strategic decisions on event participation, messaging, and promotional investments.This position will also perform marketing activities for Mexico and Latin America, in coordination with the global marketing team.This position will be based in our Campinas office, reporting to the Sales Director, based in Brazil.Essential Job functions:Support the sales team with trade shows and eventsPrepare internal communication to employeesProvide weekly report to Sales Directors or marketing activities and market dataWork with Sales Director on budget managementWork closely with third party agency to coordinate marketing campaigns and data analysisRequired Skills/Abilities:Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Knowledge and fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written languages.Ability to work on own initiative or work as part of a team.Motivated and enthusiasticTarget driven.Always maintain a professional and polite disposition.Ethical behavior and attitude.Education and Experience:College degree educationDesired +7-year experience with related functionsGood understanding on CRM tools (Sales force)Knowledge of Excel, Word, Email, and general informaticsCompetencies:Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Demonstrates group presentation skills; Participates in meetings.Teamwork - Balances team and individual responsibilities; Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; Gives and welcomes feedback; Contributes to building a positive team spirit; Puts success of team above own interests; Able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives; Supports everyone's efforts to succeed.Professionalism - Approaches others in a tactful manner; Reacts well under pressure; Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position; Accepts responsibility for own actions; Follows through on commitments.Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality.Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time; Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; Arrives at meetings and appointments on time.
