- Venda de valor do ecossistema John Deere; - Levantar oportunidades diariamente para o CSA Interno (serviços e peças); - Explorar com profundidade no portfólio do John Deere Protect e Extensão de Garantia; - Venda proativa de serviços: realizar inspeções de máquinas e T&A (teste e avaliação); - Realizar inspeções e medições de material rodante e ferramentas de penetração no solo; - Identificar a oportunidade com acessórios e kits de campo (field kits); - Educar o cliente para explorar as soluções de Construção de Precisão e o Centro de Soluções Conectadas; - Fazer a aproximação do cliente com o Centro de Soluções Conectadas do distribuidor; - Explorar com o cliente a cobertura e atendimento do distribuidor, apresentando todas as filiais e o suporte na região; - Mitigar e trabalhar nas reclamações de clientes, garantindo a melhor experiência do cliente com a marca e com o distribuidor John Deere; - Estabelecer e acompanhar os prazos de entregas de peças; - Acompanhamento de pós-vendas em processos de serviços em máquinas dos seus clientes; - Enviar relatórios das visitas e observações orientativas aos seus clientes; - Realizar apresentações / workshops sobre todo o portfólio de soluções John Deere.
