We’re powering the future of insurance infrastructure, one line of business at a time. Job Description We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Junior Customer Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s eager to get hands‑on experience in technical implementation, problem‑solving, and customer‑facing configuration work – all while learning how real‑world software platforms are built and supported. You’ll work within the PolicyFly platform to build and update the logic that powers our customers’ insurance programs, including: Generating documents using Word templates (docxtemplater) Managing customer-facing forms using configuration in Typescript Writing business rules using simple scripts in Lua Occasionally helping build ETL scripts to load customer data into our reporting systems Making customer dreams come true
