Como Sales Manager deberás garantizar el desarrollo de todos los segmentos de negocio del hotel, incrementar las metas de las cuentas en tu portafolio y fomentar la sinergia interdepartamental.
¿Qué tendrás que hacer?
Brindar apoyo y seguimiento a tu área, cubriendo vacantes y asegurando una comunicación efectiva con el Sales Manager Provinces y el Director de Desarrollo de Negocio regional.Capacitar a los equipos en rotación de cartera y prospección de nuevos negocios.Negociar con clientes internos y externos para lograr acuerdos comerciales de volumen.Mantenerse actualizado/a en productos, servicios y benchmarking.Elaborar y presentar reportes virtuales y presenciales a directivos regionales y socios inversionistas.Buscar potenciales clientes estratégicos a nivel global.
¿Qué buscamos?
Al menos 5 años en roles similares en hotelería, turismo o empresas de servicios.Licenciatura en Turismo, Administración de Empresas, Comercialización o experiencia equivalente.
Se valorarán posgrados relacionados.Inglés avanzado; otros idiomas serán valorados.Conocimiento e interpretación de KPIs del sector.Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); valorado conocimiento en plataformas como BI.Experiencia con plataformas como Agency360, Duetto, STR, Lanyon, CVent, entre otras.Contar con portafolios en segmentos como:MICE: Productoras, Entretenimiento, Deportes, Pharma y Laboratorios.TMC: Consorcios y Travel Managers.Corporate: Cuentas locales.
