Visit us at SummaryThe Regional Sales Manager works closely with direct customers, end users and decision influencers to promote the sales of KE2 Therm products and services. Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)Coordinate all activities related to the sales of products and services to OEM and Aftermarket channel customersAssist in development of annual territory sales targets and expense budgetsConduct product training sessions for customers, end users and decision influencersConduct jobsite visits with customers / refrigeration contractors to assist on trouble shooting as neededWork with Product Management to assist in identification of customer requirements and related product specificationsParticipate in end user meetings to develop firsthand knowledge of market trends and product improvement opportunitiesAssist in data gathering and review for competitive analysis of product linesSkills and Minimum Experience RequiredSeven to ten years of experience in engineering or field sales in a related industryStrong verbal and written communication skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft programs including Excel, Power Point and WordWillingness to travel large territory and to attend customer meetings, trade shows and industry events as requiredTravel *****%The range for this position is$83,****** to$149,******.
