Company Overview We are a boutique high-performance marketing agency specializing in ecommerce brands and affiliate offers.Our team delivers exceptional results through innovative strategies, focusing on scalable, high-impact campaigns that drive growth and revenue.We are a small firm comprised of the top 1% in the industry, striving for exceptionalism above all else and believing in salaries not being capped.Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Growth Strategist to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing data-driven strategies to scale accounts outside of the ad platform, including funnel design, advertorial copy writing, direct response marketing scripts for AI videos, GDN and PMAX copy headlines, and more.This role involves end-to-end ownership of strategic elements beyond ad accounts, emphasizing data analysis to inform scaling, testing, and optimization for leads and purchases.If you thrive in a high-performance environment, are self-sustaining, and are driven by non-traditional opportunities to maximize earnings, this is the opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute data-driven strategies for scaling accounts outside the ad account, including funnel design, advertorial copy writing, direct response marketing scripts for AI-generated videos, GDN and PMAX copy headlines, and related creative elements.Analyze performance data to inform and iterate on strategies, ensuring alignment with KPIs for lead gen or ecommerce campaigns.Focus on cold traffic optimization through broad audience strategies, integrating external tactics like funnel enhancements and creative testing.Collaborate within a pod structure with media buyers and creative teams to concept, write, design, and implement new advertorials, scripts, and ad copy that drive conversions.Leverage data insights to strategize and test innovations in direct response marketing, avoiding low-impact approaches like remarketing or view-based tactics.Stay ahead of industry trends in growth strategies, funnel optimization, and data-driven marketing to deliver scalable results.Qualifications and Requirements Proven experience strategizing for large-scale campaigns (supporting budgets over $100k/month) within the last 12 months.Demonstrated success in data-driven optimization for lead gen or ecommerce funnels, with a focus on external strategies like copywriting, script development, and creative design.Expertise in funnel design, advertorials, direct response scripts for AI videos, GDN/PMAX headlines, and large-scale growth tactics.Strong skills in data analysis, scaling, testing, and strategizing outside the ad account.Focus on cold traffic and broad audiences; no emphasis on remarketing or view-based strategies.Deep understanding of cold traffic and how to market to net new customers.Ability to work independently in a high-performance, non-traditional environment— we are not seeking a standard 9-5 employee but someone in the top 1% who deeply understands growth strategy.Self-sustaining mindset with a drive to maximize earnings through performance-based opportunities.Preferred Skills and Bonuses Experience in affiliate marketing, such as affiliate lead gen, nutra, or ecommerce campaigns.Deep understanding of direct response marketing principles, with proven ability to write high-converting copy and scripts.Familiarity with ecommerce and affiliate offers in a performance-driven agency setting.What We Offer A collaborative, pod-based structure that allows for focused client management and direct impact on results.Opportunities to work with top-tier creative talent and media buyers.A high-performance culture where top performers are rewarded through non-traditional compensation models tied to success.A base plus uncapped performance position, working with some of the top brands in the industry.The chance to be part of a boutique agency driving real growth for ecommerce and affiliate clients.Important Notes About the Position You will work in a pod with no more than 5 clients per pod, owning strategic performance end-to-end.This is a fully remote and location-independent position.Candidates will go through a questionnaire as part of the application process; failure to complete it will result in automatic disqualification.
