Nossa metodologia exclusiva já transformou centenas de clínicas em referências regionais.A Oportunidade: Buscamos um(a) **SDR Inbound Júnior** para integrar nosso time de alta performance, sendo responsável pela qualificação de leads e agendamento de reuniões estratégicas.Suas Responsabilidades:• Qualificar leads inbound via Whats App e telefone• Aplicar scripts de qualificação focados em perfil ideal• Agendar reuniões qualificadas para o time de closers• Nutrir leads com follow-up estratégico• Registrar todas as interações no CRM• Reativar base de leads com abordagem consultivaRequisitos Obrigatórios:• Experiência anterior em vendas (mínimo 6 meses)• Comunicação afiada (escrita e verbal)• Experiência com CRM e gestão de pipeline• Conhecimento intermediário em Marketing Digital• Capacidade de negociação e argumentação• Disciplina para trabalho remoto• Resiliência para lidar com objeçõesDiferenciais que Valorizamos:• Conhecimento em odontologia/saúde/estética• Experiência com Social Selling• Habilidades em copywriting persuasivo• Vivência no mercado B2 B de serviçosO que Oferecemos:• **Contratação PJ** com remuneração atrativa• **Salário fixo + bônus** por agendamento qualificado• **100% remoto** (flexibilidade total)• Treinamento completo sobre odontologia estética• Scripts e metodologia validados• Base de leads aquecida para trabalhar• **Crescimento real** na área de vendas• Ambiente de alta performancePerfil Ideal:Buscamos um(a) "caçador(a)" com mentalidade consultiva, que entenda que cada lead é uma oportunidade de genuinamente ajudar clínicas odontológicas a crescerem.
