Estamos em busca de um(a) Sales Development Representative (SDR) dinâmico(a), curioso(a) e motivado(a) para se juntar ao nosso time de vendas. Esta posição é fundamental para o crescimento da empresa: você será a primeira linha de contato com potenciais clientes, ajudando a identificar oportunidades, qualificar leads e abrir caminho para novas parcerias. Se você gosta de desafios, aprende rápido e tem energia para construir relacionamentos, essa vaga é para você Atividades no time : · Realizar prospecção ativa de clientes potenciais por meio de e-mails, ligações frias e Linked In ; · Pesquisar e entender o mercado/segmento dos leads para personalizar abordagens; · Qualificar leads de acordo com o ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) e identificar dores reais de negócio; · Agendar reuniões para o time de vendas (AEs), garantindo uma transição suave e eficiente; · Manter o CRM atualizado com informações precisas e detalhadas; · Colaborar com o time de marketing para otimizar campanhas de geração de leads; · Cumprir consistentemente SLAs de tempo de resposta e Indicadores de Desempenho (KPIs) de agendamento de reuniões e conversão de oportunidades qualificadas. · Contribuir ativamente com ideias para melhoria contínua dos processos comerciais. Requisitos Obrigatórios: · Inglês fluente (oral e escrita); · Experiência mínima de 06 meses como SDR; · Comunicação excepcional (oral e escrita), com habilidade de ouvir e criar rapport; · Conhecimento básico em ferramentas de CRM (ex.: Salesforce, Hub Spot, Pipedrive); · Familiaridade com técnicas de vendas (SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, etc.) é um diferencial; · Perfil organizado, resiliente e com alta capacidade de lidar com objeções; · Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão em um ambiente dinâmico e focado em metas. Diferenciais: · Experiência com ferramentas de prospecção (ex.: Linked In Sales Navigator, Lusha)· Ter atuado na área de tecnologia/ marketing digital · Familiaridade com o setor de Tecnologia ou Saa S . · Familiaridade com mercado norte americano (USA). · Experiência em ambiente de vendas B2 B.
